Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost before your appointment. You may request one at any time — before scheduling or during your care.

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide patients who are uninsured or not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for medical services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

Clinical Approach

How care is structured and what patients can expect

Care is centered on accurate diagnosis, thoughtful medication management, and a structured, individualized approach to treatment. Medication is prescribed when clinically appropriate, with a focus on safety, careful selection, and ongoing monitoring.

Not all conditions require medication, and treatment recommendations are based on each patient's specific needs and goals.

Controlled Medications

For patients currently on controlled or higher-risk medications (such as benzodiazepines or stimulants), all regimens are carefully reviewed during the initial evaluation. Continuation, adjustment, or transition of these medications is determined on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

This practice prioritizes safe, evidence-based prescribing and does not routinely initiate or continue high-dose or long-term controlled medications without clear clinical indication. The goal is deliberate, evidence-based care that prioritizes long-term stability and patient safety.
